How it works
Proof you can inspect.
No testimonials and no logos. Instead, here is exactly what you receive, and the targets we hold ourselves to.
How a handover works
Six things come with every lead.
Each qualified lead is handed to you as a lead pack. Below is an illustrative pack with made-up data, so you can see the structure.
Illustrative example, not a real lead. Every name, number and detail below is invented.
- 01 Business and decision-maker
- Example Fit-out Co Pty Ltd (illustrative). Sample Person, Director. sample.person@example.com (not a real address). Phone: 0400 000 000 (not a real number).
- 02 Why they fit
- Matches the agreed profile: commercial fit-out buyer, in your agreed state, decision-maker identified. (Illustrative.)
- 03 Signals and prior context
- Example signal: the business has published that it is opening a second site. Source and date recorded. (Illustrative.)
- 04 Qualification notes and transcript
- Summary of the reply, what was asked and answered, and the full conversation attached. (Illustrative.)
- 05 Pain, priority and likely opportunity
- Example: needs the new premises fitted out within a stated window; budget range discussed. (Illustrative.)
- 06 Recommended next action
- Example: call the director within the agreed response time, and propose a site visit. (Illustrative.)
How we measure
Three gates.
Held as targets.
These are our targets. They are not guarantees and they are not results we have achieved. We do not publish client results on this website.
| Gate | Target | How it is measured |
|---|---|---|
| Acceptance | 80% or more | Of the leads handed over, the share you accept as meeting the criteria we agreed. Each lead is recorded as accepted or rejected, and every rejection carries a reason. |
| First-response SLA | 90% or more | Of the leads handed over, the share where first contact is made within the response time we agree with you. Handover and first-contact times are timestamped. |
| Replacement | Under 10% | Of the leads handed over, the share that has to be replaced because it did not meet the agreed criteria. |
Response speed is a shared gate: the first-response target depends on your team contacting the lead promptly. We review these numbers with you every 10 weeks.
