Who we are

LeadPipes (leadpipes.com.au) is an Australian lead generation business run by Darren Harry. Contact: hello@leadpipes.com.au.

What we collect through this website

When you submit an enquiry form: your name, business name, email, mobile, website, state, business category, average sale value, anything you write in the message box, and the time of the enquiry.

With each enquiry we also record where it came from: the page you were on, the advertising or campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example utm_source, utm_campaign or an ad click id), and the website that referred you. This lets us see which marketing works.

How the tracking works

This website does not use cookies and does not load third-party analytics or advertising trackers. To remember how you arrived, a small piece of text (campaign tags, landing page, first-visit time) is saved in your browser’s storage. It stays on your device until you clear your browser data, and it is only sent to us if you submit an enquiry form. It contains no name, email or other personal details.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, assess whether we can serve your business, and contact you about it. By ticking the consent box you agree that we may contact you by email, phone or SMS about this enquiry. You can opt out at any time by replying “unsubscribe”, using the link in any email, or writing to us.

Where your details are stored

Enquiries are received through our website host (Netlify) and stored in our own customer system (LeadDrive). We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business and where the law requires it.

Access, correction and removal

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@leadpipes.com.au. If you opt out we keep your email on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again.

Complaints

Tell us first and we will try to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
